02One platform, every piece

Everything a branded assistant needs

Set it up once. The same brand, rules, systems, sign-in, knowledge and history follow the assistant everywhere your customers reach it.

Ship it under your own brand

Your name, colors and voice, on your own web address and inside your site — a full chat experience, not a corner bubble.

Do more than answer questions

Sales, onboarding, everyday tasks or help inside your app — the same assistant, set up for the job you have.

Act through the systems you run

It answers from your own content and works through the tools you already have, so answers come from your product — not a copied help center.

Help each signed-in customer safely

It recognizes your signed-in customers and helps each with their own account. You decide what it may do, and it asks before it changes anything.

Bring your team in when it matters

When a customer needs a person, your team joins the same conversation with everything the assistant already knows.

Keep the history, choose the models

A full conversation history for customers and your team, and the AI models you choose — you decide which serve your traffic.

03How it fits together

Your customers, your site, your systems

The assistant sits between your customers and your systems. Your published settings are applied to it automatically — nothing for a developer to do.

04Rules and costs

Your rules, your limits, your costs

Allowed models
Which AI providers and models may serve each workspace is a setting — change it any time.
Limits
Conversation and spending caps per workspace. At the cap the assistant stops; it never silently overspends.
Usage
Usage per AI provider, per workspace and per user. If we do not know a price, we say so — never a made-up total.

05A person can step in

A person joins the same conversation

Handoff is a setting, not a second tool. Your team works from one Inbox; customers never repeat themselves.

  • Handoff is opt-in. When it is off, the assistant never promises a person.
  • You choose who gets each conversation: by hand, taking turns, or whoever has the fewest open chats. Every decision is recorded.
  • A teammate takes over in the same conversation, seeing what the assistant said and did. When they finish, the assistant carries on.

Your team is told in the app, by push on their browser or phone, and on their personal Telegram. Email and other alerts are not switched on yet.

How handoff works

06Where it works

Everywhere your customers are

One assistant on every surface, recognizing the same signed-in customer on each.

07Security

Built into the product

Read the security page
Kept separatePermissionSigned sign-inConfirm stepOne conversation
  • Each business’s data is kept separate from every other, enforced in the database itself. An unknown web address never sees anyone’s data.
  • Your systems are connected with the standard, secure way apps get permission (OAuth 2.1 with PKCE).
  • Your own sign-in vouches for a customer; that confirmation expires within two minutes and cannot be reused.
  • You decide what it may do and for whom, and it asks before it changes anything. Your keys are stored so they can be used but never shown again.

Set it up. Publish. Done.
